The New Leader Assimilation Program is a five-step process that offers a new leader’s support staff the opportunity to ask any and all questions to their new leader while giving their impressions of their new leader in a safe and supportive environment.

This New Leader Assimilation Program addresses the two most important issues facing a company with new leaders:

1) The cost of integrating a new leader into a company
2) The time it takes for them to become effective as a new leader.

In as little as four hours, your new leader and their staff can become a powerful and focused team.

This successful program establishes and enhances a working relationship as quickly as possible so leaders and their staff can work together more effectively.

New leaders are brought in to create measurable results and high levels of productivity in support of their company’s initiatives and to help make the company immediately profitable and successful from their first day of their employment. However, new leaders are often at a disadvantage because they are faced with the real world of impressions and perceptions from their new staff. It’s the role of this new leader to learn from their staff how he/she can best serve this new group of people and ‘win them over’ to create positive results.

The New Leader Assimilation Program was derived from the Behaviors of Success Study overseen by Coach Colle Davis, CEO of Executive Mentoring and Coaching, Inc. This landmark 12-year study included 218 successful executives from 40 companies in 12 different industries and was concluded in January 2005. These executives shared a number of common behaviors that contributed to their success. The Behaviors of Success Program is based on the mastering of his research's conclusions.
